   1.  Ready-to-wear items are delivered within 1week after payment confirmation.

   2.  Custom or made-to-order items may take 5-6 weeks.

Shipping Fees

   1.  Shipping fees vary based on location, weight, and delivery option selected. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

   1.  Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.

   2.  If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and re-delivery will require additional shipping fees.

International Shipping Considerations

   1.  Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

   2.  Delivery delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Items
