Roweiz Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

● You can return most new, unused, and unopened items purchased from Roweiz.com within 14 days of delivery for a 50% refund.
● Items that are damaged, defective, or misrepresented can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
● Some exceptions may apply, such as for custom-made products or items that have been clearly used. These exceptions will be noted on the product page.

Return Process

● To initiate a return, please contact Roweiz customer service via email at contact@roweiz.com or phone at +447570210415 within the return window.
● A customer service representative will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
● You are responsible for packing the item securely and shipping it back to Roweiz. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for the full value of the item.
● Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the conditions for return, we will process your refund or exchange within 21 business days.

Refunds

● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
● Shipping costs will only be refunded if the item was damaged, defective, or misrepresented.

Exchanges

● If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above.
● We will ship the replacement item to you for a fee attached.

Additional Information

● We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of our return policy.
● We recommend that you keep a copy of your receipt for your records.
